If you are interested in Trollbeads that we post, please post a comment and the bead or beads you are interested in. We will then comment back on your post and answer any question asked.
**You will have until 12:00 noon the following day to provide us with the correct shipping address and payment information for the bead(s) we have confirmed for you. If we do not receive your information, the bead(s) will be returned to our inventory.
We ship via priority mail, at a minimal cost to you. Should you have any questions or would like to discuss shipping issues, please feel free to contact us.

Our Trollbead Return policy is if the bead you receive is grossly different than what is posted & explained, you will receive store credit. If you feel this is the case, you must contact us for authorization & approval. The bead may then be returned to us at the purchasers expense.
